We currently have exciting, part-time, openings for Technical Support Specialists at our main office in Laramie, Wyoming. We are searching for motivated individuals looking for a career in the high-tech industry. This opportunity is perfect for a UW student who wants to work part-time while going to school.
This position will be part of Handel's customer relations team in supporting our RiteTrack information solutions to customers across the country. The Technical Support Specialist will be working with both clinical and technical staff with county and state human services and justice agencies. As a small but fast growing company, this job requires a high level of energy. This job is perfect for a UW student who wants to work part-time, while going to school.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of database structures (Microsoft Access, SQL Server)
- Strong understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Willingness to learn new technologies and skills through personal drive
- Extremely proficient on Microsoft Applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience with Microsoft SQL Server software
- 1-2 years experience with C#
- Project management experience or training

Compensation and Benefits
• $9.00-$12.00 per hour depending upon qualifications and experience
