Another area we take very seriously is sensitivity to differences. While this is embedded in our ethics code, we believe it is very important to point out. All of our employees participate in sensitivity training in order to become more aware of cultural differences so that they can communicate more effectively with each other, with our customers, and with other stakeholders.
