Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe Goes Live With RiteTrack 4

Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe Goes Live With RiteTrack 4

This month the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe is going live with RiteTrack. They are the second implementation to go live on RiteTrack 4, and the first to be hosted in our data center.  The Port Gamble S'Klallam Reservation is located on the northern tip of the Kitsap Peninsula in Washington State.  Port Gamble S’Klallam is initially implementing RiteTrack for managing both youth and adult chemical dependency and behavioral health programs. RiteTrack offers them a web-based tool for managing all information related to these programs. After opening a new case, staff can complete the online assessment tool. There are currently two different assessments, one for chemical dependency and one for mental health. Completion of these instruments then generates treatment plans which the case managers use to provide services. As with other RiteTrack implementations, Port Gamble S’Klallam can do ongoing case management as they provide services. This includes the ability to manage appointments, update treatment plans, monitor outcomes, and eventually discharge the client upon successful program completion. Port Gamble also utilize the RiteTrack Document Management interface allowing them to attach electronic documents to the client record.  Josh Becker, Handel project manager for the Port Gamble implementation says “with RiteTrack, Port Gamble S’Klallam now has a state-of-the-art, web-based solution that will help automate their case management processes and thus provide better services to their clients.”

This is the first phase of implementing RiteTrack at Port Gamble S’Klallam. Future phases may include additional programs such as TANF, Child Support, Foster Care and ICWA. For now all of us here at Handel are very excited about the opportunity to work with the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe and are looking forward to seeing RiteTrack making a difference in their operation.
