Cathedral Home for Children is a wonderful organization right here in Laramie, Wyoming, the headquarters of Handel Information Technologies, Inc. This year, they are celebrating their 100th year of dedication to the community and to the youth of Wyoming.

Ever wonder what kind of software is out there for your Tribes? There are so many options and vendors that picking one is sometimes very difficult. Finding the best for your Tribe is extremely important, especially in this kind of economy where every dollar counts. And sometimes, you do not have the time to wade through all the options and find the best for you.

Mohegan Tribe has already developed a Tribal Information Management System (TIMS) on RiteTrack. This system holds all of their membership information and their own process for Enrollment. Also included in the system are all communication methods with their members. Mohegan is using using their TIMS system as a jumping off point for complete Tribal management through their RiteTrack system. Their next phase is Education management for their Tribe.

RiteTrack 4 has allowed for even more flexibility in how you interact with your software solution. Also, hardware like bar code scanners, RFI tags, signature pads, web cameras, or magnetic card readers, are becoming more and more affordable and easier to use. Combining the two can bring your tribe or organization a lot of return on investment. There are many examples of using these hardware tools in conjunction with identification cards to make your processes quicker and more efficient.
