Each year, Handel bestows the TIGER Award, Technology Innovator for Groundbreaking and Exceptional use of RiteTrack, to the customer who has shown the most innovative implementation of RiteTrack over the past 12 months. The annual TIGER Award comes with $1,000.00 in products and/or services from Handel.

The TIGER Award can be nominated by anyone involved with a RiteTrack implementation including a customer, a partner, or a Handel employee. The TIGER Award Committee looks at the following criteria when evaluating TIGER nominations:

Business Process Innovation

Business Process Innovation relates to how the customer has implemented RiteTrack to facilitate their business processes. Consideration is given to customers who deploy RiteTrack to perform new processes previously not done with RiteTrack.

Environment Innovation

Environment innovation relates to how the customer has found  new and innovative ways to deploy RiteTrack in new environments. Examples could be a customer running RiteTrack as a kiosk in a lobby area for client intake; integration with new hardware such as voice recognition, hand-writing, etc. or a new way to leverage RiteTrack over the Web.

Width and Scope of Implementation

This criteria deals with how widely RiteTrack is implemented in an organization and looks at number of end-users, number of divisions, number of processes, etc.

To nominate yourself or your favorite RiteTrack customer for the TIGER Award, please submit your nomination by February 1, 2012. The winner will be announced in early March.
