Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court to use RiteTrack for Court Unruly Population

Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court to use RiteTrack for Court Unruly Population

Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court (CCJC) will utilize RiteTrack to track its unruly population in addition to its institutionalized population. The project was approved by the Cuyahoga County Board of County Commissioners in December 2005 and we are moving ahead full force with CCJC staff to plan the extension of RiteTrack use into this end of the Court's operations. Scheduled to go live in March 2006, this RiteTrack implementation will involve tracking client and family information, intake, referrals, record checking, youth contacts, vendor activities, as well as document generation and reporting on success statistics of the Court's diversion programs. RiteTrack will help centralize the records on the unruly youth, saving court staff time faxing back and forth documents/records that will now be centralized in the database. We look forward to working with CCJC staff on this new RiteTrack project!
