The Ranches of New Mexico provide residential facilities for boys, girls and older troubled youth at its ranches in New Mexico. The New Mexico Boys Ranch provides home-like cottages with a limited number of youths overseen by a married couple called Resident Advisors. There, the boys attend an on-site accredited school, take part in regular team building and character building activities and are encouraged to attend church or other spiritual activities of their choosing. The Ranches have a separate Girls Ranch, providing similar services, which include counseling and following child-specific programs to build positive life skills. The Ranches have another facility for older youths (17-21) which takes on a more independent living approach. The Ranches will be implementing RiteTrack to track youths’ daily life and help counselors, parents and other parties make better decisions for the best possible outcome for the youths. In addition, RiteTrack can be expanded to track other services it provides outside of its Ranches. Handel will implement the first process flows with The Ranches, however, after that The Ranches will use RiteTrack’s Design Studio to implement RiteTrack themselves for other locations and processes. Handel is looking forward to a close working relationship with The Ranches for years to come.
