Back in December 2009, Ways to Work, Inc. was busy preparing for the launch of their new RiteTrack 4 Silverlight solution. Since then, Ways to Work has branded their RiteTrack 4 Silverlight solution, “Greenlight,” because that RiteTrack4 Silverlight solution is providing their clients the green light, or “go”, to self reliance.
Ways to Work’s objective is to help their clients find a way to get to work. The Milwaukee-based organization operates a network of loan offices across the country, providing small, short-term, low-interest loans to working poor families with challenging credit histories. They are a sister organization of the Alliance for Children and Families, and partner with local, non-profit agencies across the country to provide loans that are frequently used by families to purchase a reliable used car.
The proven Ways to Work program model includes a low interest loan, financial and budgeting education, and case management support for borrowers. During the past 25 years, Ways to Work has made affordable loans to more than 28,000 families and is currently hosted by over 30 non-profit agencies across the county.
As predicted, Ways to Work went live with their system on January 4, 2010. The custom RiteTrack4 Silverlight solution Greenlight was developed and implemented in only four months because our platform allows for these kinds of quick implementations. The platform utilizes Microsoft’s Silverlight technology, which gives the best user experience without sacrificing any usability or functionality.
Cheryl Sarasin, Ways to Work’s project manager for the RiteTrack implementation, agrees and says, “With RiteTrack we have found a first-class solution that works the way we do, and not the other way around. We are extremely pleased with the speed at which this system has come from procurement to completion.”
Ways to Work has 100 case workers in 30 states logging into Greenlight and is making it easier to provide and track loans to their clients. Ways to Work is the first of many of our customers using our RiteTrack4 client which is the most state-of-the-art client in the health and human services market today.
