This past Tuesday, Handel was one of the main sponsors for a Code of the West panel discussion at the University of Wyoming. On the panel was Jim Owen, author of "Cowboy Ethics  -What Wall Street can Learn from Code of the West", Samuel Western, author of "Pushed off the Mountain, Sold Down the River", and Dr. David Wrobel, Chair of the Department of History at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.The panel, which was moderated by Wyomings very own Peter Simpson, created an interesting debate around the "Code of the West" and its recent adoption by the Wyoming State Legislature as the official State Code.
