The Handel Partner Program (HPP) is an initiative to develop a network of content experts, developers, and value adding resellers so that as a community, we may bring the best solutions to our perspective organizations and to the community as a whole.

The fundamentals of the HPP is to allow you as the Partner to be able to easily sell, design, and implement a solution that is specialized to exactly what your customers need. We know you are the expert and have the content knowledge to develop the perfect solution, and we want to provide you with the tools to do that.

As an HPP member, you choose your level of involvement. This allows you to choose and focus on what you wish to bring to the community. But just being an HPP member brings you a list of great benefits.

Level 1

A Level 1 HPP member is someone who has great connections within their industry and market, and wants to sell RiteTrack within that industry. Since our platform is configurable to suit anyone’s needs, the platform will work and it is up to the Level 1 Partner to sell it. Handel provides a list of products that come out of the box, and we will support our Level 1 Partner with training on each of those as well. In addition, a Level 1 Partner receives the following additional benefits above and beyond what is listed for all partners:

• Substantial commission on both licenses and system upon sale

Level 2

A Level 2 HPP member is someone who has both great connections within their industry and market as well as the content knowledge of how that industry works. Those that choose to be a Level 2 Partner, we will open the door during a full day training on how to take that content knowledge and put it down on paper as a comprehensive Design Document. Once there, Handel and you can work together to develop a model that works for implementing that design. We are very flexible in how the business arrangement can be structured to make sure it works for both you and us. In addition, a Level 2 Partner receives the following additional benefits above and beyond what is listed for all partners:

• Substantial commission on both licenses and system upon sale

Level 3

A Level 3 HPP member is someone who wants to do it all. They know their industry and market, and are technical enough to implement their own solution on our RiteTrack Silverlight platform. We provide a intensive three day training, a license to our RiteTrack Silverlight Design Studio, and a developer copy of our RiteTrack Silverlight Standard Solution. During the three day training, we will show you how to do the most basic configuration to the more advanced. Once you pass our three day training, you will be ready to implement a system on your own.

The best part of a Level 3 HPP member is you generate your own consulting and implementation hours. So not only will you get paid for your final product, but you can also receive any additional consulting hours required to complete the solution to your customer’s needs. Handel will be there all along and make the success of your solution our priority. In addition, a Level 3 Partner receives the following additional benefits above and beyond what is listed for all partners:

• One RiteTrack Silverlight Design Studio Suite License
• One Developer version of the RiteTrack Silverlight Standard Solution
• Five Developer licenses for their RiteTrack Silverlight Standard Solution for testing, configuration, and end user testing by perspective customers.
• One additional login to the RTPN website to track your work using our Business Management Solution.
• Opportunity to have Handel host customer solutions as needed.
