Salvation Army Correctional Services (SACS) of Florida contracts with several counties in Floridato provide case management for misdemeanor probation. In early 2006, SACS went live with RiteTrack after only a few weeks for deployment. RiteTrack not only provides case management functionality for probation counselors as SACS' offices, but also is available in the courts for real-time information for judges during hearings. RiteTrack is helping to track criminal and court hearing histories, appointments and conditions of probation, including monetary and non-monetary (i.e., community service, victim impact classes and DUI classes) conditions. With RiteTrack, probation counselors also manage payment schedules , receive payments, produce receipts for fees paid, produce account statements and manage money transfers to the courts. RiteTrack notifications, an integral part of the system, alert users to designated classes of probationers (e.g., sex offenders) and provide automatic alerts concerning delinquent or unfulfilled conditions of probation. RiteTrack is provided to SACS as a 24X7, web accessible hosted solution from Handel.
