RiteTrack for Tribal 477 Social Services
Minimize

At Handel Information Technologies, Inc. we specialize in creating the best possible software solutions for human services agencies. We work with human services agencies in over 30 states from small non-profits  to major state programs.

There are three secrets to our success:

  • RiteTrack Software Platform;
  • The solutions that we create for our customers on top of that platform;
  • Sustaining relationships that we create with our clients by providing unsurpassed support for our solutions.

RiteTrack is a leading human services software platform built to meet all the information needs required by Tribal Social Services and 477 Programs. The software

  • runs equally well over the web as it does on the desktop;
  • can be hosted in our data center;
  • or can be installed on your own server if you have an IT infrastructure.

RiteTrack is built from the ground up for:

  • supporting workflow-automation,
  • enforcing your business rules,
  • ensuring that data is entered in a timely fashion.

Unlike most solutions in the marketplace today, RiteTrack is designed to work the way you do, not the other way around. With a superior security and audit system, RiteTrack is the best solution on the market today for keeping your client information safe. With RiteTrack’s powerful notification system and reporting engine you can assure that the right people are given access to the right information at the right time.

The RiteTrack Tribal 477 Social Services Suite is an enterprise-class information system designed specifically for the unique information management needs of tribal social services including P.L. 102-477 programs.

This system was designed by Central Council Tlingit and Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska and Handel Information Technologies as a standardized version of the Tlingit and Haida RiteTrack implementation that could be offered to other 477 and non-477 tribal programs. The experiences and knowledge of the Tlingit and Haida team has combined with the best in class technology offered by RiteTrack to create an unmatched solution.

One of the benefits derived from this comprehensive integrated RiteTrack Suite is standardized case management functionality that is used across all programs while still including data elements, forms and functionality specific to each individual program. This standardization allows staff to move between roles and departments within your organization without using their core competencies in using RiteTrack.

RiteTrack users have real-time access to both their own caseloads but the full hierarchy of those staff that they supervise (and those that these staff supervise and so on) as well as all associated caseloads for case review and supervision. Throughout all of the programs validation is built in to ensure inclusion of required data elements. This data validation leads to accurate person, case and statistical reporting including federal reporting for 477 and Child Support.

This suite of configuration includes forms, business logic and reports designed to manage all aspects of tribal social services including

  • Enrollment,
  • Employment,
  • Training,
  • General Assistance,
  • TANF,
  • Indian Child Welfare/Child Protective Services,
  • Preserving Native Families,
  • Elderly Services,
  • Youth Services,
  • Child Support,
  • Child Care and Providers,
  • Tribal Vocational Rehabilitation,
  • Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Disorder services.

Tribes may chose to use these programs as is or customize them for their specific needs. In addition, the RiteTrack Tribal 477 Social Services Suite has been broken down into different modules that may be purchased separately or combined as desired.
