RiteTrack for Budget Management

RiteTrack4 can help staff manage annual budgets for departments and for individual members. Authorized staff define the budgets for each department (e.g., general assistance or social services, etc.) and input into the RiteTrack4 system. Then within each dvvvvepartment, staff allocate that budget to individuals by defining the amount for services available to eligible tribal members and thus create a budget for each individual member. As each department logs the services or funds they supply to the members throughout the year, RiteTrack4 provides a running balance of funds/services remaining in each budget as well as various statistical reports.
