Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe out of Kingston, WA sought out RiteTrack4 because of its flexibility in addition to Handel’s extensive experience within the tribal market. The tribe was looking for a solution that would expand with it as it provides more services and brings other departments online. Handel used Silverlight to build their web-enabled client system and constructed it exactly to their needs. In early March 2010 Port Gamble S’Klallam went live with the first phase of its system.

Through its RiteTrack4 Silverlight Client, Port Gamble S’Klallam provides a full range of clinical services for its tribal members. When individuals need help, their case workers perform an intake and assessment for them and from that, either assign or provide the services an applicant needs. Port Gamble S’Klallam provides services such as treatment plans,chemical testing, group therapy,and transfers; and they handle the whole process right from their RiteTrack4 solution.

Port Gamble S’Klallam also tracks and manages all of its case worker schedules with their Ritetrack4 system by logging case worker appointments and group sessions. With a glance one can see when case workers are available or booked and can easily and efficiently manage workloads.

Port Gamble S’Klallam is also looking to expand its RiteTrack4 solution to encompass other services they already provide. Within the next year, they will be finalizing their implementations for their Title IV-E, Child Support, and TANF services.
