Click here to watch the RiteTrack Tribal Enrollment Overview
Because a tribe’s social service agency can generally only provide assistance or services to enrolled members, the enrollment process is the central point of a tribe’s information system. The tribal enrollment process in RiteTrack incorporates application management including scanning and attaching required documents to application and person records and helps in research to verify family heritage and blood quantum. The system tracks each step of each application through to rejection or to council approval. It also provides easy access to many reports such as address verification and address labels, statistical reports on enrolled members and their family trees and Certificates of Degree of Indian Blood.
