First, with the RiteTrack 4, you are able to get the desktop windows application experience coupled with the convenience and ease of use of a web application. The Client is extremely quick to work with, so inputting information and working with the Client is a great experience. Other clients on the web require you to put the information, and then you have to wait a second for the screen to write back and represent itself to you. That takes time, time which is very important to you, and time that adds up over hundreds of actions each day. Silverlight allows our RiteTrack Client to post information back in a way that won’t affect your experience. So you keep on working and enjoying the quick response times while the Client does the work behind the scenes. Our Client mitigates any waiting time, and you will feel like the solution is right on your desktop instead of on the web.

We also maintain the convenience and ease of access a web client offers, and add in some great additional features. Silverlight allows our Client to be robust when it comes to the visual experience. Since Silverlight is a plug-in on your browser instead of being displayed by your browser, we can control your user’s experience and thus guarantee it to be visually stunning no matter what browser you enjoy using. Use Firefox? No problem! Internet Explorer? No problem! Chrome? No problem. As long as your browser has the Silverlight plug-in installed, your user experience is guaranteed.

Our Client also has implemented some great time saving features. A great example is our In-Line Search. Simply click in the box and start typing, and you search your system and get the results back instantly. As you type more characters, you define your search and the Client responses with your limited down selections. Once you have what you want, just select the entry and the Client will bring up that record for you.

This eliminates the need to bring up an additional pop-up to search the system, and saves a lot of time each day.

Another great time saving feature is our ability to implement custom controls which allows you to see your data however you like. In the example below, you can see a exactly where a client is in the application and loan process through this visually based custom control.

Looks like this client is at the Application stage, and this organization sent it out on 12/2/2009 and is waiting for the client to return it. This way, when a client calls to ask where the status of their loan is, the person answering the phone can tell them, without having to search through the file."
