Job Overview
The Project Manager is in charge of implementing new RiteTrack projects for our customers as well as being the point person for new and existing customers. This position requires excellent communication skills and good technical skills. Tasks that the Project Manager will perform on a regular basis include:
- Communicating with our customers via e-mail, phone, and in-person.
- Managing all internal and external communication internally related to implementing and maintaining RiteTrack.
- Creating design documents for customer requirements.
- Managing customer expectations.
- Assist with technical aspects of the projects, including report design, definition of drop down-lists, and other customization.
- Train customers on using the software.
- Provide on-going support.
The Project Manager will be traveling nationally in the US as they work with our clients. This position is based out of our office in Laramie, Wyoming. Travel usually consists of once every twelve weeks but can vary.
Required Qualifications

- Experience with Project Management

- Experience with SQL and general knowledge of relational databases
- Experience with enterprise-level software applications
