Handel IT is a leading supplier of Case Management Software to the Social Services agencies of Native American Tribes. Our RiteTrack solution is sold to Tribes all over the country. We have solutions for a variety of social services programs that the Tribes offers their members.

As a Sales Assistant you will be working under the direction of the VP of Sales for the Tribal market, doing a wide range of marketing and sales activities.

Handel is doing a number of marketing initiatives toward the Tribal sector, including participation in and exhibiting at Tribal conferences and monthly webinars targeted at our Tribal contact list. The Sales Assistant will be involved in all these activities as well as being involved in defining and executing new and improved marketing campaigns aimed at increasing Handel’s pretense and leadership in the Tribal Social Services software marketplace.

The main focus for the Sales Assistant will be on helping the VP of sales increase the sales volume in the Tribal Social Services marketplace. Typical tasks will be:

    • Research to develop and update contact lists for target market

    • Add and update suspect and contact information in SalesForce

    • Phone, e-mail and hard copy contacts and follow ups to prospective clients

    • Assist marketing with various duties for campaigns, webinars and conferences

    • Schedule and coordinate sales trips and conference travel for executives

    • Schedule and coordinate conference calls and online demonstrations

    • Test demonstration systems and provide feedback for quality assurance

    • Assist with  phones and other general administrative tasks as needed

We are looking for an energetic individual that is willing to learn and likes to communicate with other people.

The Sales Assistant must be willing to do some travel throughout the US. Handel is located in Laramie, Wyoming and the position will be located in Laramie.

Required qualifications

    • Good understanding of sales and marketing in general.
    • Good understanding of IT in general, and application software in particular.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common web platforms.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
