Handel Information Technologies, Inc. has signed a major contract with the State of Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS), Division of Youth Services (DYS) to re-engineer its information systems. Over the next 8 months, Handel will be implementing its RiteTrack information solution into the operations of Arkansas DYS. Arkansas chose RiteTrack because of its expansive set of features, its flexibility to be customized specifically to DYS’ needs, and its architecture, which is compatible with existing information technology already in place at DYS. RiteTrack will assist DYS and its affiliated providers with a variety of processes including intake and assessment, client management, case management, treatment planning, reporting, billing, and outcome tracking. In addition, in contrast to other human services information systems, RiteTrack extends beyond just client management by incorporating personnel tracking, applicant tracking, and other people processes, which Arkansas DYS will also be able to utilize. “We are very excited to be working with the Arkansas Department of Youth Services.
