Cuyahoga County Chooses RiteTrack for Multiple Agencies

Cuyahoga County Chooses RiteTrack for Multiple Agencies

In an extremely competitive bid process, where Handel was among many other vendors submitting proposals, the company was chosen by the County of Cuyahoga in Ohio to implement RiteTrack within Justice Affairs and the Strengthening Communities Youth (SCY) program. RiteTrack will be implemented across three Justice Affairs agencies (Treatment Alternatives to Street Crimes, the Youth Development Center, and Treatment Services), as well as within the SCY program, which is co-managed by Justice Affairs and the Alcohol & Drug Addiction Services Board of Cuyahoga County. RiteTrack will serve as a single point-of-entry for all client information, cases, treatment plans, and billing in all of these agencies, as well as a facilitator of information sharing between agencies. Handel worked with the County of Cuyahoga several years ago in a consulting capacity and is very excited to be able to work with the County once again to implement RiteTrack.
