Handel Information Technologies is excited to announce the addition of Youth Emergency Services, Inc. (Y.E.S. House) to the RiteTrack family. Y.E.S. House has been providing services to the youth and families of Gillette, Wyoming and Campbell County for over 13 years. Youth Emergency Services operates and provides residential and day treatment, day treatment, group homes, specialized foster care, crisis shelter and intervention, independent living, substance abuse treatment, on-site education and after school programs, counseling, advocacy and mentoring programs.
With the multitude of different services Y.E.S. House provides, in addition to needing data for accreditation and billing, the staff and supervisors recognized the need for information management software within their operations. After a comprehensive evaluation process that included several systems RiteTrack was chosen based upon its off the shelf capabilities, customization options, cost and system and user support. Additionally, Y.E.S. House was evaluating systems for their employee time clocking and tracking, and since this functionality is already included in the RiteTrack Residential Treatment Suite the need to purchase a second system was eliminated.
