Our acronym at Handel Information Technologies is HIT. This acronym also summarizes our beliefs about ethics. We believe that the only way to do business is to always embrace Honesty, Integrity, and Trust. These three words form the basis for the Handel Ethics Code and our employees embrace this code of conduct everyday.

Another area we take very seriously is sensitivity to differences. While this is embedded in our ethics code, we believe that it is very important to point out. All of our employees participate in sensitivity training in order to become more aware of cultural differences so that they can communicate more effectively with each other, with our customers, and with other stakeholders.
