President Biden signed the $1.9 trillion COVID relief package known as the American Rescue Plan Act earlier this month.

• $75 million—Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)

• $7.5 million—Administrative Oversight and Support
• $420 million—Behavioral Health Services
• $20 million—Native Language Preservation

There may be some accountability and reporting requirements associated with these grants; however, the BIA just held tribal consultations, and in those discussions everything is still very much in flux.
