Sales and Marketing Support Specialist (Part-Time)
Job Description
Handel IT is a leading developer of RiteTrack, a secure, web-based case management system designed to help tribes, counties, and states streamline their social service and judicial programs. RiteTrack centralizes data, processes, and reporting into a single, easy-to-use platform.
We are seeking a Part-Time Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to support our marketing and sales initiatives. This role involves a variety of tasks ranging from research and campaign coordination to customer outreach and conference support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and is confident in both written and verbal communication.
This position requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. Depending on performance and interest, the role may transition into a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Research to develop and update contact lists for target markets
- Maintain and organize prospect data in SalesForce
- Coordinate direct mail and other marketing campaigns
- Research market information to support targeted outreach
- Prepare and distribute materials to prospects
- Conduct email follow-up to prospects
- Assist with conference logistics, including shipping of materials
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Desired Qualifications
General knowledge of sales and marketing principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Compensation
$18.00-22.00 per hour depending upon experience.
