Implementation Overview:

Native Village of Kotzebue serves their members, the Qikiqtaġrunmiu who are aboriginal inhabitants of modern-day Kotzebue, by providing services and benefits to their members. The Tribal members also steward the Natural Resources that sustain the Tribe and provide a base for cultural preservation and protection. By implementing RiteTrack in both their Enrollment and Indian Child Welfare departments, Native Village of Kotzebue has chosen to make tribal member management and reporting more efficient moving forward.

Implementation Objectives:

RiteTrack will serve as a central hub for Native Village of Kotzebue member information between Enrollment and Indian Child Welfare departments. Both departments will be able to access member information, including demographics, contact information, relationship and household documentation, health history, and more to ensure seamless data collaboration and increased efficiency among staff. Member information will be accessible and can be updated in real time by staff in both departments, simultaneously.
