RiteTrack is a secure, web-based case management system designed to help tribes, counties, and states streamline their social service and judicial programs. RiteTrack centralizes data, processes, and reporting into a single, easy-to-use platform.

Built with the latest web technologies, RiteTrack runs entirely in the browser —no special software or local installation required. It’s fully responsive, so staff can access it from desktops, laptops, or tablets, whether they’re in the office, in court, or working in the field.

Unified Systems & Integrations

RiteTrack can be deployed as a standalone case management solution for a single department or scaled across multiple programs into a single, unified system. Its modular design allows data sharing across departments while enforcing strict role-based access controls to protect sensitive information. RiteTrack also supports integration with external platforms through secure APIs and data exchange standards. This flexibility ensures organizations can modernize at their own pace while maintaining a connected, future-ready architecture.

Can RiteTrack be accessed on mobile devices?

Yes—RiteTrack supports access from tablets, phones, and desktops, giving staff flexibility to use the system in the office, in the field, or in court.

What hosting options are available? Can we host our own system?

RiteTrack offers flexible deployment models to fit your IT strategy. Many organizations choose to have RiteTrack hosted in Handel’s private data center for simplicity, scalability, and reduced maintenance. However, if your organization prefers or requires local control, RiteTrack can also be deployed on your own infrastructure. On-premises hosting requires meeting certain server specifications, which scale based on the number of concurrent users.

Example server requirements (for ~50 concurrent users):

Web Server: 4 cores (2.4+ GHz), 16 GB RAM, Windows Server 2016+
Database Server: 4 cores (2.4+ GHz), 32 GB RAM, SQL Server 2016+ (Standard or Enterprise)
Connectivity: Minimum 100 MB with ≤20 ms latency between web and database servers

How does RiteTrack support tribal data sovereignty?

RiteTrack was designed to respect and support tribal data sovereignty. Tribes always retain full ownership of their data and we never access, analyze, or share your information without permission. Tribes can choose where their system is hosted, including full on-premise hosting on tribal infrastructure if required. RiteTrack ensures that tribes maintain full control over how data is stored, accessed, and protected, reflecting each nation’s governance policies and sovereignty principles.

What framework does RiteTrack run on?

RiteTrack is built on the latest HTML5 specifications and supports the last two stable releases of Edge, Chrome, and Firefox. The framework is written in C# on Microsoft’s latest .NET LTS platform with a Microsoft SQL Server backend. RiteTrack is further enhanced by using a variety of open-source, third-party libraries to support report authoring and styling.

Can RiteTrack create and send notifications?

Yes— RiteTrack can generate notifications based on system events or can distribute notifications manually for items such as hearings or other program-specific alerts. The system also now allows users to set personal reminders for tasks, such as logging case notes. Reminders appear within the system at the specified time, ensuring important actions aren’t overlooked.

How does RiteTrack handle data conversion?

Handel has extensive experience converting from Microsoft Access, FileMaker, Excel, and enterprise databases like SQL Server, Oracle, SQL Anywhere, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. Multiple data sources can be merged into a single system to provide a unified platform. Conversions are quoted separately and are not included in base licensing.

Can we expand the system in the future?

RiteTrack is modular and flexible. New programs, modules, or custom integrations can be added as your organization’s needs grow, without requiring a full system overhaul.

Has RiteTrack been implemented at the statewide level?

Yes. RiteTrack has already been proven in multiple statewide implementations. The system scales reliably to meet the complex needs of statewide programs while maintaining the flexibility, security, and performance our customers expect.

Can RiteTrack integrate with other systems?

Yes. RiteTrack provides a flexible API that can be used by other systems to integrate with RiteTrack. Alternatively, RiteTrack can use the APIs of other systems to communicate. Some example integrations include Duo, PayPal, Okta, MIP, EForce, Google Maps, Twilio and Zoom. These integrations support secure data exchange and help ensure continuity between the tools you already rely on.

What security standards does RiteTrack follow?

All communication is encrypted via SSL/TLS. The platform uses role-based permissions to strictly control user access. Hosting in Handel’s data center provides additional enterprise-grade safeguards, while on-premises deployments can be configured to meet internal security standards.

RiteTrack employs multi-layered security, including:

Network, application, and database-level protections
SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
Role-based access controls
Optional dual-factor authentication and single sign-on (SSO)

Audit logs tracking all user activity for compliance and accountability

How much does RiteTrack cost?

RiteTrack pricing is determined by each organization’s requirements, including factors such as number of users, data volume, data migration needs, and level of customization.
