Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians CARE Program Selects RiteTrack to Support CARE Services Tracking

Handel Information Technologies is honored to announce that the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians has selected RiteTrack to support its CARE Program. The implementation will include RiteTrack’s DVVA and Financial Services modules, giving CARE Program staff a more centralized system for maintaining program information and supporting reporting needs.
The Siletz CARE Program provides advocacy, support services, and assistance to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking. The program’s work is rooted in client safety, confidentiality, and empowerment, helping survivors access support while making decisions based on their own unique situations and needs.
A System That Fits CARE Program Needs
Before selecting RiteTrack, the CARE Program had used another software system that did not fully meet its needs. Staff found reporting difficult and felt the system required too many tabs and drill-down steps to access the information they needed. As a result, the program returned to paper and Excel while searching for a system that would better support its day-to-day work.
With RiteTrack, the CARE Program will be able to move toward a more organized and centralized way of managing program information. The system will bring together DVVA and Financial Services functionality in one place, helping staff reduce reliance on separate paper and spreadsheet processes while improving consistency in how records are maintained.

- Advocacy and Client Service Tracking – The DVVA module includes tools for documenting client interactions, referrals, safety plans, financial assistance, shelter services, goals, and other service-related activity, helping staff maintain information in a more consistent and accessible way.
- Financial Services Management – The Financial Services module includes functionality for tracking eligibility, claims, approvals, budgets, funding sources, assistance history, and current claim status, giving staff a more structured way to manage financial service information.
- Improved Access to Information – Because the CARE Program’s previous system made reporting difficult and required too many tabs and drill-down steps, this implementation will focus on making information easier for staff to access, maintain, and use when needed
- Support for Reporting Needs – RiteTrack will help organize program data in a way that can better support reporting, planning, audits, funding needs, and other program requirements.
- A Better Fit for CARE Program Workflows – By combining DVVA and Financial Services functionality, RiteTrack will provide a system that better reflects the CARE Program’s need to support survivors, manage sensitive information, and maintain accurate records without relying as heavily on paper or spreadsheets.
