Quileute Tribe Expands RiteTrack Use to Support Domestic Violence Program
By Tiffany Edmonds
Handel Information Technologies is pleased to announce that the Quileute Tribe will expand its use of RiteTrack to support its Domestic Violence program. The Tribe has used RiteTrack for Tribal Court since 2024 and will now add RiteTrack to manage their domestic violence victim services data.
Quileute Tribe’s domestic violence efforts are currently being managed on paper, and this implementation will provide staff with a centralized system for managing program information and supporting reporting needs. The system will be hosted by the Tribe and configured to reflect the needs of the program.
Supporting a Paper-to-Digital Transition for Domestic Violence Services
This implementation will help the Quileute Tribe move from paper-based tracking into a digital system. RiteTrack will provide staff with a centralized location for managing information, improving consistency in how records are maintained, and making data easier to access when needed.
As part of the implementation, RiteTrack dropdown values will be customized to reflect the Tribe’s terminology and tracking needs. RiteTrack will also support reporting needs related to certain Department of Justice reports, along with a few other custom reports to meet their needs.
The implementation will focus on giving staff a structured, configurable system that supports their current processes while helping reduce reliance on paper.
Key Features and Benefits:
- Centralized Records – RiteTrack will provide staff with a centralized location for managing information, helping replace paper-based tracking with a more organized digital system.
- Victim Advocacy Tracking – RiteTrack will support advocacy-related tracking, including information connected to referrals, safety plans, financial assistance, shelter services, secondary victims, and victimizations.
- Reporting Support– RiteTrack will support federal, grant-related, and custom reporting needs, including OVW Semi-Annual Progress Reports, VOCA Victim Assistance reporting, FVPSA Performance Progress Reports, and custom reports identified for the Tribe, such as Washington State reporting.
- Tribally Hosted System – The implementation will be hosted by the Tribe, aligning with its selected hosting approach.
- Expanded Use of RiteTrack– Because the Quileute Tribe has used RiteTrack for Tribal Court since 2024, this implementation expands the Tribe’s use of RiteTrack into another area of case management.
As the Quileute Tribe expands its use of RiteTrack, Handel is proud to support their continued efforts to move important case management processes into a system built around their needs. RiteTrack gives Tribal staff a flexible foundation for managing information, supporting reporting, and maintaining records in a way that reflects their internal processes.
