Burns Paiute Tribe Selects RiteTrack to Support Wraparound Services
By Tiffany Edmonds
Handel Information Technologies is honored to announce its partnership with the Burns Paiute Tribe to implement RiteTrack as a modern, centralized case management system. With this transition, the Tribe is laying the foundation for a true wraparound approach, enhancing collaboration across programs, strengthening reporting capabilities, and expanding services through the inclusion of a Client Portal.
Implementation Overview:
The Burns Paiute Tribe is committed to supporting the health and well-being of its members through a wide range of programs and services. The Tribe is launching RiteTrack with the Indian Child Welfare (ICW), Domestic Violence and Victim Advocacy (DVVA), Financial Services, and Treatment Services modules, alongside the RiteTrack Client Portal that improves accessibility and communication for Tribal members interested in and utilizing these programs and services.
RiteTrack will also be customized to accommodate additional programs, including probation and parole, wraparound care, and other services—ensuring the system evolves to meet the Tribe’s long-term vision for integrated, community-focused support.
Implementation Objectives:
The Burns Paiute Tribe sought a solution that could streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver strong reporting functionality. During the selection process, staff were particularly impressed with RiteTrack’s ability to generate accurate reports and track DVVA statistics—features that will help strengthen advocacy, funding support, and compliance.
Equally important, the Tribe recognized that RiteTrack’s ability to integrate modules advances their program goals by centralizing data, improving collaboration between departments, and reducing the silos that can limit effectiveness. Staff described RiteTrack as “exactly what they have been searching for” in a system to serve their community.
