The implementation includes the Enrollment and Financial Services modules along with the RiteTrack Client Portal, creating a unified system to manage member information and deliver services efficiently.

The Tribe is implementing RiteTrack to replace its outdated legacy system and create a modern, integrated platform for Member Services. This implementation will help define and streamline processes, ensuring the new system evolves alongside the Tribe’s unique needs and priorities.

By transitioning from its outdated legacy system, the Tribe aims to streamline operations, improve access to information, and strengthen long-term program management. The new system will reduce manual work, enhance reporting capabilities, and provide a sustainable foundation for future growth.

Member Portal: The new RiteTrack Portal will empower tribal members with secure, online access to services and information. Members can conveniently view and update details, submit requests, and track benefits from anywhere–improving communication and transparency between the Tribe and its members. The Portal also reduces staff workload by automating requests and centralizing data, allowing staff to focus more on service delivery and less on manual data entry.
Financial Services Integration: RiteTrack will integrate with Sage Intacct to streamline financial processes and document generation. Implementation is planned to align with the start of a new tax cycle, allowing the Tribe to begin with fresh financial data and ensuring a clean, accurate transition into the new system.
Centralized Management: The Enrollment and Financial Services modules will bring all member information, benefits, and services into one cohesive system, eliminating data silos and improving efficiency.
